Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat shipping rate, and the rate depends solely on the size of the planter. Part of the cost is paid by the customer, and the rest is assumed by Unikos.
As of right now, we only ship within continental U.S and Puerto Rico.
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless specified otherwise. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am – 8pm. Unikos cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Unikos’ control.
How can I track my order status?
Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.
If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact email@example.com and provide your tracking number.
Are there any delivery restrictions? Can I ship internationally?
- Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the continental U.S and Puerto Rico.
- Items purchased from the Unikos website may only be shipped within the continental U.S. and to Puerto Rico. If you would like to ship an order internationally, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we can come up with an agreement.
- Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
Can I modify my shipping address?
If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
- Items are only eligible for return when they are broken or damaged during transport. Otherwise, all sales are final.
- Returns (for damaged and broken items) are only eligible for 8 days after the date of delivery.
- Picture proof of shipment damage is strictly required in order to be eligible for a return and refund.
